All Sales Are Final
Due to the customized and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

Customization Clause
Many of our items are made-to-order and personalized according to the specifications provided by the customer. Because these products are uniquely created, they cannot be restocked or resold. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all customization details (such as size, color, text, and design) are accurate before submitting an order.

Hygiene & Safety Standards
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, our products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been handled, worn, or shipped. This policy helps us maintain the highest quality and cleanliness standards for all customers.

Order Accuracy
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their order details, including shipping information and product specifications, before completing their purchase. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the issue along with your order number. After review, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues.
