By accessing or using our website La Pierre's Hats and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and by bound by the terms of our service. Please read them carefully.
- Custom Order All customized hats sold on this site are customized to your specifications. Once customization begins, the order is considered final.
- No Returns or Exchanges Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic nature of the products. Please review your design carefully before confirming your orders.
- Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order, and we accept PayPal, CashApp, Zelle. Your order will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
- Shipping and Delivery We will ship your order to the address you provide during checkout. Please allow 7 business days for production of customized pieces. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery through UPS or USPS within the United States of America. Sipping outside the United States of America is dependent on the intendant country and will take 1-3 weeks. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carriers.
- Intellectual Property. All designs, logos, and content on this site are the property of La Pierre's Hats or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.
